  • Minor upgrades. Upgrades will be published on our web page. They are announced through our Announcement Mailing List. You can subscribe to this list here.

    • Plug-in FAQ This is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about plug-ins and their answers.
    • Registering Troubleshooting Page This will help you if you have trouble registering our products.
    • OSErrrs database This database contains the explanation of operating system error codes of Mac OS ànd Windows. Some of these error codes may be returned by our plug-ins.
    • User Forums Share and exchange tips, techniques, product questions or experiences with other individuals in our Plug-in Talk mailing list.
    • Downloads Download plug-in demos with example files, user guide etc.
    • FileMaker Pro 5.5 compatibility page A special page with information regarding compatibility of all our plug-ins with FileMaker 5.5 and Mac OS X.

About Bug fixes

We strive to make our software very stable. For example we are sticking to the practice of the book "Writing solid code", by Steve Maguire, Microsoft Press. (ISBN 1-55615-551-4). This will prevent lots of bugs. When we find a bug, we of course try to solve it quickly. Usually that results in a bug fix in less than 3 working days.

If you have special needs for maintenance and support please contact us, so we can discuss these needs. We can offer you a special maintenance agreement. For almost all of our current customers our free email support is more than adequate.
