URL encodes text (also known as percent-encoding).
Syntax
TURL_ToURLEncoded ( switches ; text )
Parameters
| switches | not used, reserved for future use. Leave blank or put "-Unused" |
| text | the text to encode |

Considerations
Note that the text is first converted to UTF-8 bytes, which makes it possible for higher Unicode characters to be encoded too.
